Terms of Use
These terms apply to purelian.com and purelian.ai, the early-access list and the Purelian app (together, the "Service"), provided by Purelian LLC (Wyoming, USA). By using the Service you agree to them.
1. What Purelian is
A self-development practice system: codes, practices and an AI guide. It is not medical or psychological care. Please read the Disclaimer.
2. Early access
Early access is invite-only and opens in waves. Joining the list doesn't guarantee an invite. Early-access features are still being built and may change, pause or be removed.
3. Who can use it
You must be 16 or older; if you're under 18, only with a parent's or guardian's permission. One account per person. Keep your login safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
4. Payments
Early access is free unless we clearly tell you otherwise before you pay anything. When paid plans open, the price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown to you before you pay, and added to these terms. If you're a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you keep your legal right to withdraw within 14 days, and we also refund quickly and fairly when something isn't right.
5. Your content
What you write in Purelian belongs to you. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the Service to you.
6. The AI guide
Its answers are generated by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Don't rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. How you use them is your choice and responsibility.
7. Fair use
Don't misuse the Service, try to access other people's accounts or data, copy or resell its content, or reverse-engineer it.
8. Our content
Purelian, Unified Alchemy, the codes, their names, images and texts, and the app are our intellectual property. You may use them for your own practice. Teaching or redistributing them needs our written permission.
9. No guarantees
The Service is provided as it is, and we don't promise any particular result. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
10. Ending
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without taking away the protection of the consumer laws of the country where you live.
